Processing and Delivery Time

Standard Processing and Shipping:

• All orders may take up to 7-10 business days for processing and shipping (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).

• Processing begins immediately upon successful payment confirmation.

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.

Peak Season Shipping:

• During high peak seasons, such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and major sales events, shipping times may be extended due to high demand.

• All customers will be promptly updated on any changes or delays regarding their order during these periods.

Secure Delivery and Confirmation

Mandatory Signature and Insurance:

• For your security, all orders are shipped with insurance and receipt confirmation.

• A SIGNATURE IS REQUIRED UPON DELIVERY. This is non-negotiable and ensures that your package is received by you or an authorized person at your confirmed address.

Address Verification and Liability

Required Address Match:

• To prevent fraud and protect both parties, the shipping address and the billing address must be the same (matching the address linked to the payment method). We will only ship to a confirmed address.

Customer Responsibility:

• Please confirm and verify your shipping address thoroughly before submitting your order.

• We are not responsible for lost packages once the shipping carrier confirms delivery with a signature.

• We are not responsible for packages that are returned due to an incorrect, incomplete, or unconfirmed address provided by the customer, or if delivery attempts fail. Any costs associated with re-shipping returned packages will be the customer's responsibility.
