Due to the nature of hair extension products and for hygiene and safety reasons, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

No Returns or Exchanges

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been processed and shipped. This includes:
    •    Incorrect color, length, or texture selection
    •    Change of mind
    •    Improper care or handling of the product

Please review product descriptions carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To be eligible for review, you must:
    •    Email us at sr@flowandgohairextension.com
    •    Include your order number
    •    Provide clear photos of the product and packaging

If approved, we will offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:
    •    Opened or used hair extensions
    •    Custom or special-order items
    •    Sale or promotional items

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs if applicable.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled or modified once processing has begun.

Chargebacks

We encourage customers to contact us directly before filing a chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account restrictions or refusal of future service.
