While we strive for consistency, slight variations in color, texture, and density may occur between batches due to manufacturing or processing variations. These variations are normal and are not considered defects. Product images on the website are for illustration purposes only; the actual product may vary. 3. All Sales Are Final Due to the sanitary nature and hygienic requirements of hair extensions, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for any reason, including but not limited to, dissatisfaction with color, texture, incorrect size ordered, or change of mind. Please ensure your order is correct before finalizing your purchase. 4. Order Processing and Shipping Processing Time: Orders typically require 5-7 business days for processing before shipment. Shipping Risk: Flow and Go is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once the tracking number shows the package has been delivered to the shipping carrier. Customers are encouraged to purchase shipping insurance if available. 5. Hair Care and Maintenance The longevity and quality of the hair extensions depend entirely on the customer's care and maintenance regimen. Professional Styling: Any chemical processes (e.g., coloring, bleaching, perming) performed after purchase are done at the customer’s risk. We highly recommend consulting a professional stylist experienced with high-quality extensions. Performing chemical alterations may void any implicit guarantees of quality. Improper Care: Flow and Go is not responsible for damage caused by improper installation, chemical processing, heat damage, poor maintenance, or excessive product use. 6. Payment & Billing All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase. Any chargebacks or payment disputes that result in loss of product and/or funds will be subject to collection proceedings and may result in legal action.
